Return Policy

You can return most items for a refund minus a 35% restocking fee within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can not be returned:

  • Handmade/Custom Beds (please inquire before purchasing)¬†
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items you have already assembled

    If your item is eligible for a return, contact us at bunkandloftfurniture@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Eligible returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item to our return center. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items eligible for return will be issued a Return Authorization number, along with return instructions. Items must be received at our facility within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization number. Only authorized returns that are returnable per our policy will be eligible for a refund less the restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging. Assembled items can not be returned. 

     

    Defective Product Returns 

    If your order arrived damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days at bunkandloftfurniture@gmail.com. You have 7 days to inform us of any damages or defects to the item so that we can find a solution that best solves your issue.

    If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.  We will ship replacement parts or accessories for defective items or replace defective parts/items.
