Shipping Policy
Currently, we are offering standard free shipping on U.S. orders. This free shipping offer excludes some parts of Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Most standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout. Delivery tracking information is provided via email once the order is processed for shipping. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Contact us before placing your order to get a more accurate delivery estimate.
Custom and handmade beds require 10-14 day processing before shipping begins. Once the order is processed, shipping can take approximately 30-45 days.
Products are shipped from Bunk and Loft’s fulfillment center, or directly from the manufacturer. Products shipped directly from our manufacturer may take longer to reach you, and items on your order may arrive separately if shipped from multiple locations.
Estimated ship dates are provided on product pages, so that you can manage expectations for your delivery. The dates provided are our best estimate as to when your order will be dispatched. Most standard orders can be expected to be delivered within 5-21 days. Please check the individual product page for more accurate delivery information or contact us if you have questions.
Longer delivery times may be based on backorder dates or custom order production times, and may be subject to change. Certain models may be shipped internationally from our fulfillment center. In this case no tracking number is provided as the product is shipped via sea freight. You will be updated on delivery time via email. Should your estimated ship date change, we will contact you via email with an update.
Please note that you are responsible for providing all the necessary shipping information for the order to be delivered successfully. In case the carrier is unable to perform delivery due to an incomplete shipping address, the shipment will be returned to sender and you will be refunded for your order, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email with instructions on how to inspect and receive your shipment. Please review it carefully. Any damage to containers or contents must be noted with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Please inspect your furniture order thoroughly and within 24 hours of delivery and let us know if anything is damaged or defective. In the event of damage, please retain all packaging.
Delivery and Assembly
Most products will ship via freight carrier, which includes standard curbside delivery. For standard delivery, please make arrangements to have the items brought into your home.
Assembly is not included with standard delivery. Cost for assembly varies based on the price of the item and is only available in select locations. Please inquire before purchase to ensure assembly can be provided at your location.
